Luke Osterndorf’s service has been truly exceptional. This was my first time importing a vehicle to the US. The process looked daunting but Mr. Osterndorf made the process easy to navigate. He regular provided updates about the shipping date, where the car was in the shipping process, and guides to walk me through customs procedures via phone (despite the time difference with the Midwest) and email. I was even able to see my vehicle in person, in Japan, at the lot before it shipped out. Because the company car was out he drove us in his personal car from the office and dropped me at a convenient station to return home. This level of customer service is unheard of. Truly rare. Joe from JPC is without exaggeration easily the best customer service I’ve experienced in my entire life and then some. Finding the right car from an auction ended up taking 3 months and Joe was there every step of the way – looking at auctions, translating auction sheets, researching different trim levels on potential car models, giving incredibly valuable insights on cars, auction houses and the entire process. After going through the specs and auction sheets of each car with Joe, I always asked him the same last question: “what’s your personal opinion on this one, what would you do?” and he always had some valuable insight. He also helped me fine tune the perfect bid that eventually won the auction. We have a pretty big time difference with Joe but he’s been incredibly responsive throughout this entire time, even outside of what would be his office hours. But it doesn’t stop there! There were some little things missing from the car (of which we were completely aware of before bidding of course) and Joe helped source the missing parts for very reasonable prices locally and then coordinated with JPC’s mechanic to get them installed. I also want to point out that at the beginning of this process I reached out to several companies that offer similar services. Joe from JPC reached out to me in less than 24 hours while the other companies took more than a week for the first contact. I went into this process excited about getting a project car and am now coming out of this process excited about a level of service I’ve never seen before. My first car I bought from them. I have used 2 other exporters prior to finding them. Lesson learned. I currently have 2 cars from them in route and 2 cars at their holding facility awaiting booking to come to USA. Highly recommend them

I’ve used a few different importers in the past, but Kay was by far the easiest to work with. He was fast to answer questions, patient with my selection, and went far beyond what any other exporter ever has in terms of prepping the car to ship. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

If you are not sure…dont worry!! I would recommend using JPC Trade for importing vehicles If you are worried about buying a vehicle on-line and handing over your hard earned cash…..DONT WORRY! These guys are trustworthy. I have used another on-line website before for a Nissan Elgrand and prefer to use JPC Trade as my newest and favourite. Joe started the whole import off and newer guy Kay was assigned to me, they were so professional, and being able to whatsapp is brilliant, meaning fast replies to any questions you may have! They are so helpful the whole way through! Cant wait to order my next one whilst I wait for this one en-route! They even used a different shipping agent to their normal, as i requested, so I could get it to the nearest port for me, Newcastle rather than their usuals like Porstsmouth/Southampton. They sent videos, pics and were helpful translating the auction sheets and helped me win the right one for me! The only problem is …the time difference, so if in the uk, you have to be up late to win the best cars! But thats not JPC’s fault! Thanks guys 👍🤘

Joe has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was my first time searching for and importing a car from Japan, let alone this being my first time bidding on cars at an auction at all. After doing some research into importing cars, I realized quickly that I needed a liaison to help me navigate this complex space – so many moving parts to keep track of from the auction process to shipping/customs. I’m glad I stumbled upon Joe at JPCTrade. In addition to translation and professional advice (talked me out of alot of bad decisions – bidding and importing a car isn’t quite like lowballing on Facebook Marketplace in your hometown), Joe coordinated inspections, mechanical services, paperwork/documentation, and shipping to ensure my truck arrived in a timely manner. He was proactive in checking if I had a customs broker, which I didn’t have a clue about prior to him asking, so that the pick-up process from the port would be as smooth as possible. His patience, professionalism, and perseverance is a godsend for his clients. So much so that I’m already working with him on finding another car to import after picking up my last one two weeks ago.

Joe took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I grasped each step of this multifaceted, and often convoluted, journey. He also managed the coordination with customs brokers and shippers, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and without stress. His proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. I find it hard to imagine other JDM sales consultants put in as much energy and care as Joe from JPC. I’d be foolish to work with anyone else.

Joe was outstanding! I had been looking up and down for a place to give my business to, you go through the run around of sketchy places you don’t feel like you can fully trust, but with Joseph at JPC it was different. As a new importer myself and all the questions I had, Joe was able to confidently answer every single question. I was so scared to import and had my fair share of anxieties, but when Joe had a phone call with me for probably over an hour about how this whole operation works I knew I had to pick him to do business with. Even while operating with an American on different time zones he was FAST to respond, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. It felt good to know my choice in Kei Truck was a secure and good investment with the way he was able to provide me every single piece of information, get the car inspected, and successfully place our bid to lock it in. We won the truck and Joe had everything buttoned top to bottom on how things were going to go, when they were going to happen, and how to follow all the steps to make sure we received the truck in the condition we purchased it in. An absolute stand up gentleman and his professionalism will never go unnoticed with any client he takes care of, no doubt!
